This site is dedicated to sharing thoughts, notes and stories around events and challenges related to system administration and (enterprise) IT management.

The (main) author is a communication- & information-security specialist with over 25 years of computer experience. He currently work as an IT manager together with 15 techs, in a medium-sized corporation with appx. 250 employees and 30+ branch-offices. The company is old (>50 years), and by the look of it; so are some of the computer systems.
